This sauce is dedicated to my daughter Kayla, who once brought home a Mango Habanero hot sauce from a farmers’ market and challenged me, saying, "Dad, you can do better." Inspired by her, I created this entry-level hot sauce for those just starting with spice. Don’t let the habanero pepper intimidate you; the floral notes of habanero and the sweetness of mango are perfectly balanced, delivering sweetness upfront and spice on the finish. This hot sauce is perfect for grilled fish, fish tacos, and will elevate your avocado toast and many meals to the next level.

This powerhouse of the Hot & Bottled brand has been praised as "the best hot sauce I've ever had." Born from a challenge to create something unique, Jalapeno Garlic highlights my passion for fermenting peppers. With an abundance of red jalapenos in my garden, I decided to put them to good use. The peppers and garlic are smoked at high heat to impart a light smoky and roasted flavor, then fermented for thirty days before blending and bottling. Jalapeno Garlic is perfect as an everyday hot sauce, enhancing the flavor of all your meals.

This is the hot sauce that started it all in 2017. I aimed to challenge the traditional flavors and production methods of hot sauces. Batches are smoked for eight hours and fermented for 30 days, creating unique flavors. Smoky Ghost Habanero highlights the flavor of habaneros with the lingering heat of ghost peppers. This sauce enhances the flavor of nearly any meal, including salads! Spice lovers will appreciate its gradual build-up to a spice bomb by the end of the meal. I dedicate this sauce to my fans who supported me from the beginning and to my son Max, who loves being the taste tester on every batch of Smoky Ghost Habanero.
